No! Not you too! I was planning on avoiding having to do this meme thingy, but it looks like I'm going to have succumb to peer-pressure...

Without peer pressure, nothing at all could be achieved!

No way, George Bush is MY hero too! Your kids names aren't as good as Prince Michael, but if I had filled mine out seriously I would have put Aidan as well.
What are the 4 languages?

Blogger diadima said...

well that would be english, italian, spanish and french.

booyah!

Is that because you like languages? Or you've been brought up speaking them?

both, and one more. i like languages, i was brought up speaking english and italian (i come from an italian family after all) and my parents owned a house in Quebec (where I learned to speak french). Also, i took french in school because it is mandatory in canada. I learned spanish in highschool and I've taken translation in university for two years. so there ya go.

well done! so, when can we expect your manuscript?

i saw tori amos while living/growing up in los angeles, and she is so intense. i had no idea she was gonna make it so big. i figured she was too 'nice' to make it big in the cut-throat world of entertainment.

oh, and you must ask loz about john cusack. she has a fondness for the cusacks.

well thank you neeks sister. i imagine that you have thus included the track on squirt. it's nice to see the hip getting some love across the border.

She's a damn Hip freak. Personally, I like Fully Completely and that's about it. Also the song 50 Mission Cap is excellent.

oh come on nick. those are the safe ones. i feel as though the hip are very important to canadians. in the u.s, there's the national anthem and then there's also a host of other patriotic songs (god bless america, america the beautiful, this land is your land, etc). In canada, we just have the national anthem and then we have tragically hip albums.

other selections you should take in nick: long time running, fireworks, ahead by a century, locked in the trunk of a car.

Aren't the Barenaked Ladies canadian? Can't I just like them instead? Or even Bryan Adams?

indeed nick. it seems you have quite a penchant for all things canadian. *wink wink*
